San Francisco is no longer the place to go to eat dinner.
According to Esquire, it is one of the better places to get your early morning grub on.
The national magazine, filled with scantily clad women and deeply political investigative pieces, put out its list of "The 59 Best Breakfast Places in America" and two of them are right here in San Francisco, well three (times several more) if you count Holiday Inn, which somehow made the list.
Anzu, which serves Japanese inspired breakfast such as rice with raw egg, on Mason street was recognized for its broiled salted salmon, spiced seaweeds and miso soup.
Boulette's Larder in the Ferry Building is known for always having the coffee ready and its poached eggs, sunflower honey and Dungeness crab.
The magazine says by no way is its list comprehensive or scientific at all.
