San Jose Police Ask for Help Identifying Robber

The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man who robbed a convenience store last month. 

Investigators released still photos and video of the robber on Friday.

The robbery happened on Friday, May 17 11:36 p.m.

Police the suspect was armed when he entered a store on the 5800 block of Cottle Road in south San Jose and demanded money.

Police said the robber was last seen running away from the store with an undisclosed amount cash.

Suspect description:

  • as a black male adult
  • early twenties
  • 5'08" 150 lbs
  • black hoodie
  • blue/black jeans
  • black shoes with white stripes
