Police Saturday morning are investigating a Friday fatal hit-and-run crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian in San Jose.
Police responded at 5:25 p.m. to the area of Tully Road and Brahms Avenue after receiving a report a vehicle struck a female pedestrian.
Police said officers located the woman in the street suffering from serious injuries, and she was transported to the hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.
Police said the driver of the vehicle fled the scene after the crash and has not been located.
