A student at Andrew Hills High School ate a pot-filled granola bar on Thursday and, according to school officials, had a "negative reaction."
In an email, East Side Unified Schools Supt. Chris Funk said the student was taken to the hospital to be examined.
Funk said for obvious reasons, the student's name couldn't be divulged.
School officials are now looking into where the student obtained the marijuana.
