San Jose's Night Market in Full Evening Swing

There's no need to shop until the sun sets -- and then stop.

Especially not when you can shop until 11 p.m. at the San Jose Night Market.

Inspired by "similar outdoor events in Asia," the San Jose Night Market is in effect at 1411 Mabury Road in San Jose, according to The San Jose Blog.

All sorts of vendors, street food tents, gourmet food trucks and even farmer's market booths are on hand, from 6 to 11 p.m., according to the market's Facebook page.

The market is a summertime staple, on Friday and Saturday nights until Sept. 28, according to nightmrkt.com.
