First responders and organizations delivered toys Saturday to the children and families displaced by an apartment fire Wednesday in San Rafael.
The San Rafael Police Department, the San Rafael Fire Department, the San Rafael Santa-Cop Program and the Salvation Army made the special toy delivery to victims of the two-alarm fire at Camelot Apartments.
The fire trapped four people in one of the apartments, and the residents had to use bed sheets tied together to escape out of a rear window.
There were no serious injuries reported in the blaze.
