A collision between a school bus and a Penske van on state Highway 17 in Scotts Valley resulted in major injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision between the truck and the Monte Vista Christian School bus near the Mt. Hermon Road offramp was reported at 4:48 p.m.
One lane of the highway remains blocked this evening as emergency crews respond to the collision.
