Some condos sitting inside San Francisco's sinking Millennium Tower remain on the market, but the pricing estimates for those million dollar dwellings are hundreds of thousands less than previously listed amounts.

According to Redfin, a real estate brokerage, the asking prices for at least three units currently available for purchase as of Tuesday have dropped while the city and the tower's overseers sort out the saga surrounding the sinking 58-story establishment.

To be fair, the prices of those high-end pads are only down by roughly one percent and similarly priced properties in the surrounding neighborhood are also experiencing a decline in prices, according to Redfin.

Whether or not the state of the sinking tower is playing a role in the pricing downturn remains to be seen.
