Medical marijuana patients San Jose have a new online resource.
Sanjosecannabis.com launched last week. Dave Hodges, the founder of the San Jose Cannabis Buyers Cooperative, set up the new website, which touts its mission as "to protect cannabis in San Jose, by turning on the light and exposing what hides in the shadows."
The site has a calendar of cannabis events and give users a way to find out more about community meetings on medical marijuana. There's also a listing of cannabis clubs in the city, a section for activist resources and a blog-style update of the ongoing legal struggle of the canna-business in the South Bay.
The site's launch coincided with the SJCBC's one-year anniversary. The SJCBC was San Jose's first storefront medical cannabis collective.
