    Palo Alto police released a sketch of the man suspected of exposing his private parts to a young girl on Wednesday afternoon.

    According to police, the 12-year-old girl was walking her dog near Louis Road at around 1:30 p.m. when the suspect pulled up in a car and exposed himself.

    The victim told police that the man was masturbating when he stopped the car, and that he sped away and said "I'm sorry" when she pulled out her phone to call for help.

    The suspect is described as a heavy-set man in his 40s with short hair and a dark complexion. He may be driving a silver four-door sedan, perhaps a Toyota or a Honda, that needs to be cleaned.
