Homicide suspect Mark Sypien was said to be driving 2003 silver Ford Escape with Illinois license plate 1008122.

Police were called to the industrial park located along the 3400 block of Fostoria Way after someone called 911 to report gunshots in the neighborhood. Arriving officers found Moore in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police Chief Allan Shields said Monday an arrest warrant for murder has been issued for Sypien in the shooting. Investigators did not release a motive or if the two men knew each other.

"We don’t believe this is a random act," Shields said.

Sypien is described as a white male, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing about 185 pounds, with gray hair and green eyes.

He was last seen driving a 2003 Silver Ford Escape with Illinois license plate 1008122, police said.

Moore was the former president of the Danville Rotary Club, and a friend Monday described him as someone who was "always willing to help."
