The Los Angeles County district attorney's office says the third suspect wanted in connection with the Giants fan beating will not be charged.
Dorene Sanchez drove her brother Louie Sanchez and her boyfriend Marvin Norwood from Dodger stadium after the Mar. 31 game.
The LA Times reports prosecutors do not have enough evidence to charge Dorene Sanchez in connection with Bryan Stow's beating. The paper says she has cooperated with the police investigation into the attack and may not have known about it until much later.
Norwood and Sanchez were charged Wednesday in connection with Stow's assault.
They both pleaded not guilty.
