Celebrated Napa chef Thomas Keller's next restaurant will stay afloat.
Cruise ship company Seabourn has announced that Keller will create menu items for its luxury liners and will found a new restaurant on a ship called Seabourn Quest. His appetizers, entrees, and desserts should be integrated onboard by the summer, with the restaurant to follow in the fall.
Since there has yet to be a name announced for Keller's restaurant collaboration with Seabourn, Inside Scoop SF has suggested nautical names such as The Pacific Laundry and HMS Yountville.
