Arrests Follow Prostitution, Kidnap of Pizza Delivery Man

Two men and a woman have been arrested in connection with  prostitution and robbery at a San Jose motel and kidnapping a pizza delivery  person in October.

Saul David Garcia, 20, Antonio Dejesus Moya, 19, and Javona  Washington, 18, all of Sacramento, were arrested last Tuesday by San Jose  police, according to police Officer Albert Morales.

Each was arrested on suspicion of carjacking, kidnapping and  robbery with the use of a firearm, Morales said.

Last month, the three allegedly ran a prostitution scheme out of a  San Jose motel for three days, Morales said.

On Oct. 19, they allegedly robbed a customer at gunpoint, tried to  carjack his vehicle and then moved their sex-for-hire operation to another  motel, Morales said.

On Oct. 22, the three conspired to commit a carjacking by ordering  a pizza from a restaurant and when the delivery person arrived, they demanded  his keys, forced him into his car and kidnapped him, according to Morales.

While driving away in the delivery person's car, one of the  suspects fired a shot, according to Morales.

The trio later dropped the deliveryman off on a freeway and a  couple of days later police in Fairfield located the person's car abandoned  at a motel, Morales said.

The three are also suspected of robbing a bank in San Joaquin  County while running a prostitution scheme there, Morales said.
