    A teen girl was arrested in Watsonville Monday evening after allegedly stabbing her boyfriend, police said.

    According to police, officers responded to the initial block of Union Street at 5:49 p.m. on reports of a 17-year-old that had been stabbed.

    An investigation revealed the suspect, a 16-year-old girl, stabbed her boyfriend in the right shoulder.

    She was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence.

    The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
