Marijuana-related startups have the opportunity to score funding or business incubation opportunities thanks to a company called WeedClub.
7X7 reported that WeedClub, which is located in San Francisco's Twitter building, has hosted two "@420Pitch" sessions where marijuana-related startups have had the opportunity to meet top venture capitalists, raise millions and join Silicon Valley incubators.
The publication reported that the first-place winner in the most recent session was Annabís, a New Jersey manufacturer of women's luxury leather purses that double as weed carriers.
The WeedClub website also features local businesses like San Francisco's Marvina, which bills itself as a curated monthly wine club for medical marijuana, and Oakland's PureCure, which sells products such as edible cannabis strips that dissolve under the tongue.
