If you bought a lottery ticket in San Francisco get ready to get a little excited. One MEGA Millions ticket holder got five of six numbers in last night's drawing. The ticket is worth $291,031.
The lottery said the winning ticket was bought at a newsstand at 1 California Street in San Francisco. Here's the numbers: 16, 23, 35, 26, and 22.
While $290,000 is a good chunk of change, if you wanted to play the "what if" game: getting the Mega number 31 would have turned the prize into the millions. Two tickets did get all six numbers. Someone in Indiana is splitting $91 million with a soon-to-be friend in Michigan.
The winner, whoever he or she is, has 180 days from yesterday to claim the money.
