Police say they have found a missing 8 year old girl who was reportedly abducted this morning from Holly Oak Elementary in San Jose.
Police say the suspect, 24 year old Mark Porter, dropped her off at a hot dog restaurant.
Porter is a family acquaintance. San Jose Police say Porter turned himself in around 9 tonight.
