Apple Sues Samsung for Ripping off the iPad, iPhone

Trouble in tablet-land! Apple has sued Samsung for intellectual property violations for its Galaxy S, Galaxy Tab and other touchscreen products. Awkward!

The complaint has this to say: "Rather than innovate and develop its own technology and a unique Samsung style for its smart phone products and computer tablets, Samsung chose to copy Apple's technology, user interface and innovative style in these infringing products." Me-ow, Apple.

It's not clear where this suit will go, but Apple doesn't tend to file suit against major competitors unless it means business. What this means for Samsung's line of products remains to be seen.
