A 17-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a 15-year-old girl in Livermore, police announced Thursday.
The girl, who was from Richmond, was found dead near Las Positas College two weeks ago.
Investigators believe the two teens knew each other.
Another person was also arrested. Police say they are an accessory after the fact.
