The way you look in school can be nearly as important the curriculum.
That's why San Jose barbers will give kids free haircuts before the beginning of the school year in the 6th annual "Kutz4Kidz" event in downtown on Sunday.
The barbers at The Barbers Inc. will be at 332 Santa Clara St. barbershop from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Aug. 19. They will also be handing out school supplies to kids 17 years old and younger to prepare them for the school year.
