A single selfie was enough to delay one of the Bay Area's major transportation systems.
BART trains were delayed for approximately 30 minutes on Monday night after a rider laid down on the tracks at an Oakland station and took a photo of himself.
The incident may never have been noticed were it not for a concerned family member of the man alerting BART officials after receiving a photo of him on the tracks around 9:30 p.m., reported Contra Costa Times.
BART police told the publication they'll press charges for "interfering with railroad activity" if the man is found.
