Do you ride BART all the time and have a love-hate relationship with it? Would you hate it any less if you could stare at your mug on a poster while stuck in the transbay tube?
Then BART has a job for you. The Bay Area transit agency is looking for a few good people -- two in fact -- who use the service and would be willing to lend their image to the "BART…and you’re there" marketing campaign.
BART is looking for a regular rider, who commutes using the train, between the ages of 25 and 50 and a casual ride who takes BART "socially."
Filming will last a whole day and take place on June 10 and 11 in some fabulous Bay Area location. Interested parties have until April 30 to fill out an online questionnaire and send in a recent photo.
Of course you'll get paid nothing for the campaign by the financially strapped transit agency "but you will gain instant fame and the satisfaction of knowing you're helping get people out of their cars and onto BART!"
Priceless.
