South Bay Women Turn Donated Flowers Into Arrangements to Lift Spirits of Hospice, Hospital Patients

In 2018, a national nonprofit that created arrangements for patients out of excess flowers closed its Bay Area chapter. Vicki Rasmussen took up the cause and 12,000 arrangements later is still going strong. Garvin Thomas reports.
