A bomb squad is investigating a black bag left in a tree Friday, according to the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office.
The bag was reported at 2:14 p.m. near 70 W. Hedding St. in the area of several government buildings.
The bomb squad was not able to immediately deploy, and was en route to the location as of 4:30 p.m.
No other information was immediately available.
