Lanes on Dumbarton Bridge Reopen After Truck Fire

All lanes have reopened on eastbound Highway 84, just past the high rise on the Dumbarton Bridge after an electronic recycling truck caught fire.

Hazmat crews were called to the scene and help mop-up the remains of the truck, which was carrying a large number of batteries, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The CHP responded to a crash on the bridge just after 4 p.m. and discovered the truck on fire.

There were no reports of injuries.
