On July 3, 2017, we posted a story about treats to help dogs stay calm in stressful situations such as fireworks. In that story, we erroneously implied that several "CBD treats" sold by Holistic Hound in Berkeley are the equivalent of marijuana for dogs. That is incorrect. These treats are derived from industrial hemp and do not contain the psychoactive properties found in marijuana.
We regret the error.
