Two robbery suspects who allegedly met their victim through a Craigslist ad are in jail on armed robbery and kidnapping for ransom charges.
Police say Willie Christopher, 24, of Tulare, and Cody Hollinquest, 18, of Antioch, arranged to meet a woman and sell her mobile phones last March at a Target store in South San Jose.
When the men determined she didn't bring the agreed upon money, they forced her into their car and left the area, according to police.
The woman said the suspects took her to a bank to withdraw cash and when she was unable to they brought her back to the Target parking lot.
A friend of the victim later showed up with thousands of dollars, which was enough to get the robbers to leave, the woman told police.
Police say the woman was unharmed.
