Fire crews late Friday contained two small wildland fires in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park.

As of 6:46 p.m., a fire near the polo field and a fire near the casting pools were contained and no one was injured, officials said.

No structures were damaged. Fire spokesman Lt. Jonathan Baxter said both fires together burned no more than one acre.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
