M3.8 Earthquake Shakes in Mendocino County: USGS

A preliminary 3.8 magnitude earthquake struck Wednesday morning in Mendocino County, according to the United States Geological Survey.

The quake, which hit at 8:41 a.m., was centered about 16 miles west-northwest of Ukiah, the USGS said.
