A multi-vehicle collision temporarily shut down southbound lanes on Interstate 680 Thursday evening in San Ramon, according to the CHP.
The crash was reported just after 5 p.m. CHP said all southbound lanes near Alcosta Boulevard were shut down while emergency crews respond to the scene.
Lanes started to reopen around 5:40 p.m.
No other information was immediately available.
