Police are investigating a shooting Thursday in Hayward.

The incident occurred in the area near Shepherd and Manon avenues, off Huntwood Avenue, in South Hayward.

Manon Avenue is closed between Harris Road and Shepherd Avenue, police said, adding there are no known victims or suspects at this time.
