Thanks to all the recent snowfall in the Sierra Nevada, Squaw Valley announced Wednesday it will be staying open through July 7. Squaw said it received 5 inches of new snow in the past 24 hours and nearly 600 inches so far this season.
Kirkwood and Heavenly resorts also recently announced they will be staying open until at least late April.
