Gilroy police are investigating reports that a Gilroy High School teacher allegedly pushed and slapped at least three of her students in the  past two weeks.

The teacher, whose name is being withheld while police conduct their investigation, is suspected of battery after police received a report  by the parent of a victim student.

The three incidents are alleged to have taken place on Oct. 9,  Oct. 13 and Oct. 16 at the high school at 750 W. 10th St., according to  police.
