An impromptu and illegal fireworks show brought traffic to a halt on the Bay Bridge Tuesday.
The California Highway Patrol said just before 8 p.m., 10 to 15 cars stopped on the bridge and people got out and lit fireworks.
Traffic was blocked for about two minutes, then the people got back in the cars and took off .
No one was hurt.
