iPhone Gamers Set to Invade San Francisco

San Francisco beware: iPhone gaming dorks are coming to a street near you.

The iGames Summit brings together a room full of experts, gamers and developers to talk about the latest and greatest on the growing iPhone game market.

The summit happens every year the week before the annual Game Developers Conference, which is also in San Francisco.

The summit will feature talks and panels covering the technical aspects of the iPhone, how to distribute aps and make money doing it.

The summit will be a half-day event at the Mission Bay Conference Center at UCSF, located at 1675 Owens Street in San Francisco.

Early bird geeks can get hooked up with discounted registration for $299 or $85 for students.

The announcement of the conference comes just a day after Apple co-founder, icon and the big brain behind the iPhone, Steve Jobs announced he would be taking a leave of absence from the company to take care of his health. Apple has sold millions of iPhones across the world.
