A silent alarm at a South Bay high school alerted police to a burglary on Sunday morning.
When police arrived at Los Gatos High School they say they found Brian Knab, 32, and Sabrina Fernandez, 26, hiding on the property, and that Knab had burglary tools on him.
Investigators say, when searching Knab's car, they found illegal drugs and stolen property from several commercial businesses.
Detectives are looking into whether the pair may have also been involved in a number of other burglaries in Santa Clara County.
