Major BART Delay at Bay Fair Station

An equipment problem on BART tracks near the Bay Fair Station is causing major delays Friday morning, according to BART officials.

The delays are affecting passengers traveling in the Dublin/Pleasanton, Warm Springs, Richmond and Daly City directions.

AC Transit is providing a bus bridge between San Leandro, Bay Fair and Hayward.

BART officials announced the problem at about 10:30 a.m. and did not give an estimated time for the resumption of normal service.
