A man was fatally shot Monday night in Oakland, according to the Oakland Police Department.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting at 2005 E. 21st St. at about 8 p.m. When they arrived, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to Alameda County Hospital, where he later died.
No further details were immediately available.
