San Jose police are investigating the shooting death of a man in a Vietnamese restaurant late Tuesday night.
Someone flagged down a police officer at Story Road and Karl Street just before 11 p.m. Tuesday and told him there was a man inside the Quan Huong restaurant restaurant who'd been shot. When the officer got into the restaurant, he found a man who had been shot several times.
The man was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. There's no word yet on whether the shooting victim was an employee or a patron.
The killing is San Jose's 18th homicide of the year.
