The San Francisco Fire Department confirmed a man died after falling off a cliff in San Francisco's Lands End Wednesday.
The fire department confirmed on Twitter that officials responded to a cliff rescue of a male adult who fell approximately 200 feet.
Shortly after, they confirmed on Twitter that the man, identified as 42-year-old Jeffrey Rash, was pronounced dead.
The US Park Police in San Francisco is investigating the incident.
