Mark Zuckerberg's New Neighbors Take Notice

With billions to give away and after being named Time's "Person of the Year," Mark Zuckerberg can afford to make a move on up.

The young CEO of Facebook capped off a busy year by moving seven blocks down the street from his old Palo Alto home into a new rental house.

The new home is slightly larger than the old one and it is even closer to Facebook headquarters, where Valleywag, who has posted pictures of the young billionaires new digs, says he spends 16 hours a day.

The 26-year-old moved into a 5-bedroom, 3,800-square-foot home in Palo Alto's College Terrace neighborhood.

The home is a slight upgrade from is old 2,350-square-foot home and it comes fully equipped with security cameras and neighbors talking about the neighborhood's newest resident.

The house is a rental like his old one, which by the way is available for rent right now at $7,850 a month.
