Craigslist ad lures robbery victims: police

Oakland police are looking for a man they believe used Craigslist to lure victims he later robbed at gunpoint.

The man allegedly posted an ad for a 2000 Acura for sale at $6,000 for then asked respondents to meet him in secluded areas of the Oakland hills, the Oakland Tribune reported.

Between Sunday and Monday the man, wearing a ski mask, met up with at least four prospective buyers and tried to rob them. One victim was grazed by a bullet during a struggle with the gunman, the newspaper reported.

Police and CrimeStoppers are offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to the gunman's arrest.
