A San Francisco Municipal Railway streetcar struck a Department of Parking and Traffic vehicle on Market Street Saturday evening, a Muni spokesman said.
The collision was reported at about 5:40 p.m. in the area of Market and 10th streets and involved a F-Market and Wharves line streetcar, Muni spokesman Paul Rose said.
The DPT employee was hospitalized with injuries to the face and knees, according to Rose. No one onboard the streetcar was injured, he said.
No other details about the collision were immediately available, Rose said.
