Another lawsuit has been filed against a former Bay Area California Highway Patrol officer who secretly sent himself and his colleagues nude photos of arrested women from their cell phones.
In the lawsuit, former Dublin-based CHP Officer Sean Harrington is listed as one of the defendants. The suit claims Harrington secretly copied racy photos from the victim's phone.
Last month, another victim filed a similar lawsuit against Harrington. It claimed Harrington pulled the victim over on suspicion of DUI, copied racy photos from her phone and sent them to his friends. Officers described it as a game among patrolmen.
Harrington pleaded no contest to charges of theft and copying computer data. He resigned from the agency.
