Firefighters are responding to a two-alarm fire at a home near Oakland's Chinatown this evening, a fire dispatcher said.
The fire at 621 Harrison St., near Interstate Highway 880, was reported at 5:21 p.m., according to the Fire Department.
Flames could be seen coming out of the roof of the home which was a least three stories high at 6:30 p.m.
The home is apparently abandoned.
It is located next to Interstate 880 and is visable to drivers.
