1 Man Dead, Another Suffers Minor Injures in San Jose Shooting

One man has died and another suffered minor injuries in a shooting in San Jose not far from the city of Campbell early Monday morning, according to police.

The shooting was reported at 12:23 a.m. near the intersection of Williamsburg Drive and South Winchester Boulevard, San Jose police Sgt. Enrique Garcia said. One victim died at a hospital and another was treated at the scene for a graze gunshot wound.

No arrest has been made and the shooting is under investigation, according to Garcia. The Santa Clara County medical examiner's office will release the identity of the victim pending the notification of his next of kin.
