Lionel Richie, Radiohead and LCD Soundsystem are among the headliners for this year's Outside Lands music festival, which takes place in Golden Gate Park this summer.
It will be the first appearance for Richie and the recently reunited LCD Soundsystem, and a return to the festival for Radiohead, which headlined the first Outside Lands in 2008.
Single day tickets ($145), three-day general admission ($355), and VIP passes ($765) go on sale at 10 a.m. on April 7 on the official website. The festival runs from Aug. 5-7.
The slate also includes prominent national acts such as Lana Del Rey, Duran Duran, J. Cole, Third Eye Blind, Sufjan Stevens and Ryan Adams. Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem, the beloved band from "The Muppets," made the official lineup announcement and will perform as part of it.
Now in its ninth year, Outside Lands attracts more than 65,000 attendees per day and has reportedly raised more than $10 million for the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department. The festival also has a significant gastronomic component, with a full weekend of food, wine, beer, cocktails and live culinary programming to be announced.
