A 180-square foot shack in Palo Alto, California, can be yours for just under $2 million.
The one bedroom, one bathroom shack is 85 years old, according to Estately. The shack is located in the Barron Park neighborhood, near Stanford and top elementary schools.
Neighbors are shocked at the price tag.
"I cannot believe it. That's crazy," Palo Alto-resident Viresh Rustagi said. "We moved here in 2011. House prices have almost doubled since that."
The shack sits on a 6,800-square foot lot, so it is primed for a tear down. The listing states it is a great spot to build a dream home.
