Andrew Feltrop, 32, of Petaluma, was arrested on suspicion of DUI and violation of probation, according to the Petaluma Police Department.

On Sunday at 9:24 p.m., officers responded to a crash in the area of Lakeville Street at Petaluma Boulevard North and located a Honda Civic on its roof on the sidewalk.

Witnesses told police the driver, identified as Feltrop, was able to remove himself from the vehicle and was kept from walking away from the scene of the crash.
